Veteran and Entrepreneur, Daryl Peterson, II served in the United States Army as a Combat Medic and Healthcare Specialist. Mr. Peterson graduated with his Bachelor of Nursing Science from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. He is married to his beautiful wife Amber, and they have five children.

Zach Smith is newly married to the beautiful and talented opera singer, Courtney Bergen, and resides in the glorious city of Ogden, Utah. Zach is a curious soul-he never stops asking questions. He craves knowledge. Whenever he has spare time, he enjoys real estate investing, angel investing, private lending, competitive indoor soccer, basketball, weight lifting, reading business biographies and autobiographies, listening to podcasts and audiobooks, traveling the world, playing table tennis, and working with young entrepreneurs and start-ups.
He is married to his beautiful wife Courtney, and they have one child.
Dustin Kearl
Mr. Kearl has been involved in business from a young age. A graduate of Western Governors University's Masters of Accountancy program and Weber State University's Bachelors program, he is well-versed in tax law. Mr Kearl began his career in public accounting, moving into the private sector to the role of CFO and then CFO consulting. He obtained his Utah Contractors License and works with high-net-worth individuals. Over the years, he has been involved in the growth and selling of multiple businesses. He has vitally helped start-ups to multi-billion dollar businesses focus and turn a profit.
Mr. Kearl served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and his highly active in building others and helping them succeed. He builds others through business opportunity and many other ways. Mr. Kearl is supported by his beautiful and exotic wife Fabia and five wonderful children ages 3 to 17.
